Growth and planning resources
- Cottonwood Resource Council and the realtors' organization called CRG have come to agreement on maps outlining where high-density growth should occur in Sweet Grass County. The groups have presented their recommendations to the City-County Planning Board. Another version of the map is located here.
- CRC members have worked with Northern Plains to publish a guide to creating a citizen initiated zoning district in your community.
- Madison County Planning Board publishes, Code of the New West, and distributes the booklet to potential new residents of the county. It is an excellent resource which empahsizes the "realities of living in rural Montana." It is helpful guide for everyone and has great information useful to those living or wanting to living in rural Montana.
